Shipping and return policies for RareNoise Records

Shipping Info

1. All orders that include one or more pre-orders will ship at the later date determined by the pre-orders themselves

2. All Shipping is by Royal Mail (no tracking)

- UK : First Class (no tracking)
- International : Royal Airmail International Standard (no tracking)

For orders weighing more than 2kg, a courier will be chosen. In that case case tracking information will be sent to the customer.

Please Note:

- It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct shipping address in the order.

- For all Royal Mail International Standard Orders: We will provide the customer with the shipping label and proof of shipment on request.

- For all Courier orders (> 2kg) We will provide the tracking upon shipment of the order.

- We do not take responsibility for the Mail service or couriers misplacing / not delivering the order.

- In case of severe damage to the goods and upon presentation of photographic documentation of such damage (warping of vinyl, scratching of vinyl, scratching of CD with evidence of the item being unplayable), we will consider replacing the item but charge the customer for the new shipment.
